Ferguson installed the kitchen appliances in my home for Toll Brothers - a JennAire. I used the self cleaning portion of the oven and it not only locked up my oven but burnt out the motherboard. Because of the way it was installed it required the installers to come out, disconnect the wires, and uninstall the oven before a repairman could could complete their repairs. Great options to look at (which is all I could do) because the 3 times I have been in there I've been told that I needed to wait to get assistance because there were several people ahead of me. They just don't have enough staff to support any questions or assistance.

Originally, I had been directed to another major supply company in Reno by my plumber for a kitchen sink replacement project (sink, faucet, glass rinser, air gap, water filter, etc). However, the sales person there was not very helpful while trying to sell things I did not need. I also discovered that their prices were much higher than other places (e.g., Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) for the same products.
