When we walked in, we were hopeful we would have quality service. The women at the door greeted us and told us to let them know if we needed help. After a bit of browsing we asked to get a salesperson. I was looking for a sink and faucet for new countertop project. Salesperson was very attentive and helpful and we selected items wanted. The next day I had an additional question and made 6 attempts to reach the salesperson. Operator was trite and unhelpful. Instead of reaching an email I was told salesperson was unavailable. Either my business was not important enough or I was interupting their rest period.

Ferguson installed the kitchen appliances in my home for Toll Brothers - a JennAire. I used the self cleaning portion of the oven and it not only locked up my oven but burnt out the motherboard. Because of the way it was installed it required the installers to come out, disconnect the wires, and uninstall the oven before a repairman could could complete their repairs. Once that was accomplished, it again required the Ferguson installers to reinstall and reconnect the wiring because the repair people were not legally allowed ... read more
