Amanda was incredibly helpful! Im doing a full remodel of my home and went in originally just looking to pick out a shower head. I ended up purchasing all of the fixtures for two bathrooms and my kitchen! She was able to answer all of my questions and thought of things I hadn’t. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of in one trip & Chelsea was even able to help find some discounts on the items I’d picked out! I will definitely be back
Honestly the worst experience ever with this company. Didn't order enough tile for the job, late deliveries, poor communication, botched delivery schedules, etc etc etc.and they don't answer their phones. You go in to perpetual hold and no one ever picks up. I can't say I'd ever use them again. One other thing I will add is that their 'designers' bill their time outside of Ferguson, too. Oh my, everything about this experience has been the best of the best, and their selection is good too! Our host was Chelsey, personable, knowledgeable, and sincerely looking out for our best interests.
I read all the negative reviews prior to coming in last week, but decided to give them a try anyway. Mistake on my part. They do in fact have a lovely showroom. I walked in and everyone was busy. Finally a lady at the desk said someone would be out to help me. A few minutes later a woman came out. Not friendly, very off putting vibe. I told her what type of fixture I was looking for, and showed her a couple in the store that were somewhat the look I wanted. It bothers me that we were at theFerguson showroom on the 12th of November looking for a refrigerator, Robyn Negrete impliedshe could get back to us that day or early the next week. I sent her a follow up email onNovember12th, never responded.Not long ago I spent $10K on Wolf appliances at Ferguson and one would think you would consider me a returning customer apparently not and it shouldn't matter.
