I read all the negative reviews prior to coming in last week, but decided to give them a try anyway. Mistake on my part. They do in fact have a lovely showroom. I walked in and everyone was busy. It bothers me that we were at theFerguson showroom on the 12th of November looking for a refrigerator, Robyn Negrete impliedshe could get back to us that day or early the next week. I sent her a follow up email onNovember12th, never responded.Not long ago I spent $10K on Wolf appliances at Ferguson and one would think you would consider me a returning customer apparently not and it shouldn't matter. Very disorganized after acquiring Monarch. Sales don't communicate with dispatch or the appliance installation coordinators. The insistence on pre-installation inspection is not only time consuming but also does not improve the quality of appliances installation.
Bad customer service. No help w faulty hood we ordered through them. All this… After a two year delay w our refrigerator where they actually then sent us someone else’s WRONG SIZED refrigerator that was then stuck in our living room until the new refrigerator that we designed our kitchen around became “no longer available” and another one that doesn’t match was sourced. Do not use Ferguson!
So many errors. They completely left out things. You have to push all these buttons to talk to someone and then they will only let you work with the rep you started with. It has been a very hard experience and we have a custom build and have spent a lot of money with them. I do not recommend this business at all.
