These days, is it really too much to expect an order to be correct and delivered with out damage? I placed a significantly large order (cost wise) back in June 2024 with the expectations that the delivery would happen on Aug 15. Much to my surprise and disappointment the washer and dryer was delivered damaged (large dents on the sides and back of each piece of equipment).
