These days, is it really too much to expect an order to be correct and delivered with out damage? I placed a significantly large order (cost wise) back in June 2024 with the expectations that the delivery would happen on Aug 15. Much to my surprise and disappointment the washer and dryer was delivered damaged (large dents on the sides and back of each piece of equipment). We stopped in to look at soaking tubs and bathroom fixtures for a remodel. We were the only customers in the store, but the 2 employees did not offer to help us. We had to go to the front desk to ask any questions. They were not interested in our business, so we went to a different bathroom supply store where the representative was extremely helpful and thorough.

It’s a wonder they stay in business. We were recommended here by our builder. My wife had two different associates. One was great but went on maternity leave and Emily took her place. No sense of urgency, absolutely NO FOLLOW UP. No profile created according to our builder. This woman wouldn’t reply to emails in any timely fashion. She sat on our lights order and notified us right before we needed it that it’s back ordered till September. I don’t know how she keeps her job.
