Big shout out to the Ferguson Brooklyn location! My husband and I have a full-blown home renovation underway, therefore I am ordering everything from plumbing fixtures to lighting and furnishings. Can't say enough good things about the assistance I have received. Special praise for my main contact, Kyle Stoddard! He's a gem and so very helpful...and patient!

Rather weird experience as a walk in client at the store in BBP looking for a lighting fixture for a ceiling. Took a while before I saw a person behind a desk. I asked what and where. He stayed put and waved me in a direction because they had ‘a few there.’ Arriving ’there’ I saw another person behind a desk and asked the same. I do not recommend using this business. I asked the gentlemen there to recommend two light fixtures. He completed this request. However, he also arranged my online profile (I never asked him to do anything with my account) to ship 20 lightbulbs with the fixtures. Again, something that I did not ask for. When I called up their customer assistance, I was told that the items have shipped and therefore they could not cancel them.
