I came here because of their quality and their customer service and I was not disappointed. A young lady named Kaylee helped me and was as nice as she could be; took all the time necessary in a relaxed manner and helped me find exactly what I needed. First of all, if I had to rate Ferguson's Plumbing location this would be a 0 star! The counter salesperson there was worthless. I was looking for a Mirabelle shower replacement part and went there to simply find out if they were available or how to get one. Obviously, I wasn't a contractor, the person was short and rude and said they didn't have parts and nothing could be done. So, I headed up to Ferguson Home to look for an entire replacement. I stopped by to get a Moen aerator insert. The front desk staff could have simply told me they don’t sell the accessories, but instead, he went the extra mile — he handed me a paper with Moen’s warranty contact number and suggested I reach out to them directly so they could send the part straight to me. That was so kind and helpful of him!
