Walked into the showroom, knew what I was looking for but there was only one sales rep answering phones AND taking appointments. Was just walking around aimlessly for 15 minutes, went downstairs looking for anyone else that could help but everyone's busy at a cubicle. I don't understand how they get customers, you obviously can't just walk in 🤷♂️
