Awesome people!
The customer service was beyond amazing!! I went in today carrying a sink hose that I was trying to replace (I have absolutely no plumbing experience). The kind woman at the front directed me to someone in the supply area. He was able to identify my hardware and tell me exactly how to get it repaired. Based on this level of customer service, I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Thanks for all of the help!!
Brad, Doug and Glenn are the best counter guys I’ve ever seen in my life. They are the reason I never go anywhere else
They never return calls and don’t care when appliances are back ordered for months. They do supply temporary appliances but they have problems.
