I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with the Ferguson store in Highland Park. I purchased a light fixture through them that has now failed twice with the exact same issue. The fixture was replaced — but unfortunately, the replacement developed the same problem. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of post-purchase support. Giving this location one star review for its customer service or rather lack there of is awfully generous on my part. We went to this store to look and buy a kitchen faucet. Non of the employees that were present at that time (no other customers at the store so they weren’t busy assisting others) even acknowledged our existence or asked us if we needed any help etc… I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this place doesn’t deserve anything more than that.
Had such an amazing experience working with this store while redesign our bathroom. For starters: They are totally happy to let you browse and shop around without hovering, and have a beautiful set-up. Also, working with Diana was a dream. She was an absolute expert during the process. She knew everything about every brand, fixture, style, and price-point and was just such a joy to work with.
