I am not very happy with them. I ordered a vanity, and worked with a designer who was not responsive at all. I emailed about delivery, came over to ask her about timing, and she said she will be getting back to me. I was also supposed to order the rest of my master bath as well, but she was completely unresponsive. I also called the store to give them my contractor's number, so they can coordinate with him when I am out of the country. They called me, of course, on the date of delivery. From the personal, friendly, knowledgeable staff to their wide selection we can't recommend Ferguson enough. If you can't find what you're looking for in their showroom they can probably order it or recommend a place to find it. What really left an impression on us is how they were as excited about our little kitchen refresh as we were.
