I am not very happy with them. I ordered a vanity, and worked with a designer who was not responsive at all. I emailed about delivery, came over to ask her about timing, and she said she will be getting back to me. I was also supposed to order the rest of my master bath as well, but she was completely unresponsive. I also called the store to give them my contractor's number, so they can coordinate with him when I am out of the country. They called me, of course, on the date of delivery. I have dealt with Ferguson a few times. Each time has been a stellar experience. The sales staff are efficient and helpful, both online and in the showroom. When I had a problem with an item there was no problem with the return and the credit quickly followed. The selection available in the showroom is terrific and covers a wide price range so anyone can manage there. And lastly, their delivery service is truly remarkable. Daniella helped me pick out everything for my bathroom. She even found me a lower vanity ( I'm short) . She understood what I wanted and was wonderful! I'd definitely go there again. Great place.
