I have dealt with Ferguson a few times. Each time has been a stellar experience. The sales staff are efficient and helpful, both online and in the showroom. When I had a problem with an item there was no problem with the return and the credit quickly followed. The selection available in the showroom is terrific and covers a wide price range so anyone can manage there. And lastly, their delivery service is truly remarkable. Daniella helped me pick out everything for my bathroom. She even found me a lower vanity ( I'm short) . She understood what I wanted and was wonderful! I'd definitely go there again. Great place.
I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with the Ferguson store in Highland Park. I purchased a light fixture through them that has now failed twice with the exact same issue. The fixture was replaced — but unfortunately, the replacement developed the same problem. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of post-purchase support.
