Every time I’ve gone in to look at various items for my new build- the front desk/receptionist has been exceptionally rude. I want to say maybe she had a bad day, but it’s every single time! And it’s not to just me, she is snooty to everyone else! Maybe there is some unspoken rule they don’t want you in there looking at the showroom unless you have an appointment? But, it’s so uncomfortable it’s made me go other places around town and not give them my business.
Great customer service I needed something replaced
Good service.
Last time we went there, the younger lady was NOT trying to help. but she was the only person available, another lady was helping customer. So we asked a few questions, totally felt that she wasn't interested to help. and she pretty much told us we can go build.com to find it our self and order from there. Well, I have bought from build.com before, with that kind of treatment we got from their storefront, I will explore other website before I bought from them again.
