They took all my money, but my wife said it is worth it....great showroom!!!!
March 13, 2025 When I walked in, there was a lady (glasses/long dark hair) sitting at the front desk. I mentioned that I wanted to look at Kohler commodes. I just stood there, I thought she was going to help me. When she didn't help me. I asked her, " Where are the commodes located?" She said, "They're behind the black bathtub." No one ever asked me if I needed help. So I walked out, very disappointed. The Ferguson showroom on 303 North Park Rd in San Antonio is 25 miles from our home.
Order took exceptionally long to receive. When order arrived it was packed wrong (box was correct, but item inside was wrong). Then, when I tried to get it corrected, the sales clerk was not very helpful, and once again - took too long to get the correct item to me. Do not recommend.
