Guy behind counter didn't know what an odaker pinch clamp was. Had one in my hand and showed him. He replied with "I've never heard of or seen one of those in my life. We only sell plumbing parts here." The guy was older and clearly shouldn't be working in a plumbing supply house.
When builders construction a model home, they tend to use "new and innovative products". They did so for our current home and Fergusons eqs the only company around that had the proper water supply valve I needed when installing a toilet. Great company and reputation!
