Great experience here. I came in with some idea of what I wanted & my budget. Everyone was very helpful with finding the right tubs & fixtures for my bathroom & I will be making a large order here soon. I recommend Stacey. Note that you should make an appointment or come in and look around and set up an appointment.
Here is my experience today. The service call today is $144 plus the tech is saying that I have to pay for the covered warranty part by Viking. Which he said could be $500. This has been the worst experience with an extended warranty plan that I have ever dealt with, I am having to take time out of my busy workday to make calls and fill out paperwork.
