Best place to spend your free time with your friends and family
Had a pretty bad experience here. First time visiting the store I requested a Sales person to look at Wolf/Subzero set. The girl at the reception (Serena?) said the salesperson will be with me in 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned to 30-40 minutes with no update. The receptionist is also bad with no customer service skills whatsoever- poker face, not polite, didn’t smile or greet or apologize for the delay once. I highly recommend working with Luis! He was super friendly, had excellent communication, and quick response times. We're very pleased with our new California Faucets set for the kitchen sink!
