Such a great experience, it changed my entire perspective on appliance shopping. Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Able to answer all of our questions. Gave us a hands-on demonstration of features. Articulated differences between product lines. So much better than shopping at a big box store. Also, we previously went to Ferguson's in Daphne, and it was not the same experience at all. I highly recommend the Pensacola store even if you live close to Daphne.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called for a price and availability on a Mable shower pan and had to call back every day for 4 days with no answer, they just never called back. Tell you they will call back and just never do.

We found out about Ferguson’s from friends who are having their kitchen redone and we can’t say enough about how smooth the whole process of getting a microwave installed was. Everyone, from Kiel who sold us the unit, Chris who called to schedule the in-home visits, Jason who did the uninstall and site previsit, and Chris and Caleb who actually installed it were all friendly, professional, and on time, every time. The Home Depot and Lowe’s big box stores have their place, but we definitely will be getting any new appliances ... read more
