We found out about Ferguson’s from friends who are having their kitchen redone and we can’t say enough about how smooth the whole process of getting a microwave installed was. Everyone, from Kiel who sold us the unit, Chris who called to schedule the in-home visits, Jason who did the uninstall and site previsit, and Chris and Caleb who actually installed it were all friendly, professional, and on time, every time. The Home Depot and Lowe’s big box stores have their place, but we definitely will be getting any new appliances ... read more
They were super helpful and friendly. I got there about 10 minutes before closing time and they helped me resolve an issue with a moen item and I was delighted
This Ferguson location has a great assortment of showroom displays. We could see the appliances that we were considering. We made our purchase ($$$) a couple of days later.
