I’ve visited the shop to check out some shower trims that I am planning a project for amd had seen online. The staff are very helpful. Melissa was top notch. When I had to make a return it was a breeze and pleasant experience.
Compliments to the incredible staff Ferguson Plumbing. The customer service and support experience was phenomenal. Thank you Danny & Gary, hope you enjoyed the Webers.
Poor Customer Service
They have a lot of options and displays. We were kind of left on our own with decisions and when asked about a specific display I was told I would have to do a custom order. It's a standard size vanit, just need the sink on the right. The next store I went to suggested doing a cabinet and separate drawers like kitchen cabinets to make it work without the special order. They have a parking lot for free parking, but it was full (it appeared there were only 2 other couples in the store, so that may be employee parking as well)
