Aside from the front desk person, the rest of the staff was more interested in just talking to each other than helping anyone. There were several people walking around the store and they didn't talk to anyone except for each other.

This location is on point. Experience and have everything ready before you arrive. Ferguson is an excellent company top notch, now the location in Addison is a different story. That location is too chilled,no urgency, blame game.
