UPDATE: I called Ferguson home customer service to arrange an exchange of the defective faucet. The phone rep couldn’t have been easier to work with. Though the replacement faucet won’t arrive for several days, at least they acknowledged the problem and did the right thing to resolve it. Hoping the replacement faucet is problem-free, but believe Ferguson Home will work with me to resolve it if it isn’t. Changing rating from 2 to 4 stars. Ordered 2 bathroom faucets and a shower kit.
