I should have read the reviews of this location before going into the store. A one star is generous for this place. We went in to find a sink and faucet for our kitchen remodel and was promptly given the cold shoulder by the receptionist and any sales consultant around. Everyone was “busy” or waiting for their designer friends to show up. We asked to see color samples of the sink we found on our own and was provided the color sample book. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. I asked the redhead at the front desk for help on an item I was interested in buying.She looked at me like I was crazy, and said-well I might help you. And then turned and looked back at her computer as if I was never there! Other employees sitting at their desk scrolling on their phones. We’re taking our business somewhere else who appreciates it!

Walked into the Ferguson Home store at 15000 N Hayden Road Scottsdale, AZ 85260, just after noon. I didn’t have an appointment and no one was available so I made an appointment for 2pm, later that day. Arrived 5 min early for my appointment with Ali. Ali was not available but someone else would be with me shortly. I left at 2:15pm without seeing anyone! Ferguson, if you read this you might also level the large TV behind the reception desk and clean the 3 small, finger printed, dusty light fixtures over that reception desk.

Lots of options for your remodeling job. Looks like they only go by appointment, but the receptionist was able to help us since we knew what we wanted. Worked out pretty good. The reason for the 4 stars is because we tried to order before and they canceled part of our order due to a partial back order. We refused the part and then theybtried to charge a restock fee, and a return shipping fee. We called them and said that wasn't right and their customer service agent agreed. We were grateful for that.
