Had a great salesperson and coordinator, unfortunately one of my toilets arrived with a broken bowl. I couldn’t unpack it upon delivery because we are senior citizens and can’t lift it out of the box. I did request they inspect it before delivery because we couldn’t. We did unpack the other boxes and inspected them. Lynette the sales manager took a hard line approach and would give me no consideration for the plumber who pulled off the old toilet and had to reinstall the old one again at my expense of $250.
