Bought a top-of-the-line TOTO toilet and bidet from Vinnie Habib @ Ferguson last May. Was never pleased with it but thought I just didn't know how to really use the bidet. Finally contacted Vinnie in December about my frustrations with TOTO - I contacted them and got nothing! We purchased all major kitchen, pantry, plumbing and lighting appliances and fixtures from Ferguson for our new home two years ago. When doing a deep cleaning of our Jenn-Air refrigerator recently, upon removal, we noticed our top refrigerator shelf had a hairline crack in the very rear of the frame. Terrible experience with Ferguson with a new house build. They installed a broken dish washer which took 10 emails and 10 phone calls to get replaced, $4300 new kitchen aid refrig broke 13 months later and we have been without a refrigerator for over a month as parts are on I definite back order, $3,000 ice maker was broken in. I’ve in and again many many phone calls and unanswered emails I finally got it fixed on my own without the help of Ferguson, , multiple cabinets installed incorrectly and faulty.
