We were looking for a specific item but they didn't have it in stock. However, the nice lady at the desk was very attentive and helpful. We look forward to returning on another occasion. It's a very large showroom with friendly staff. Thanks for a nice experience.
Terrible experiences every single time. Every call is an issue with employees not being on the same page, & with Managers, one in particular, (Mike), & others. Never seem to rectify any situation. It’s always the same. They are NOT helpful, and NOT responsive. Always seem annoyed. Will NOT do business anymore with them. Even If they care or not!

We recently redid our half bath. We went to Ferguson in Midlothian without an appointment. We were seen right away by a designer. We picked out a vanity, toilet, sink and accessories. Later our items were delivered. The delivery person didn't think we were home, but I was inside waiting for a knock to alert me they were there. They left it at the bottom of our gravel driveway.
