This store is AMAZING! But you’re probably wondering, “Why the one-star review then?” Let me take you on a wild ride. First off, the selection process? Smooth as butter. The sales rep was awesome, helpful, and even gave us a little spoiler: "You MAY have issues with the delivery." I mean, who needs a crystal ball when you have a psychic sales rep? Joey R was fantastic! I needed to purchase two new toilets and have them delivered the next day. He got it done right before the store was closing. First thing this morning the truck pulled up to the house with the delivery. You rock Joey! I'll be back soon.
First time at the showroom and had a wonderful experience with Gordana. She is an asset to anyone she helps and so is the showroom. And Jose was also an all star.
