I chose Ferguson for remodeling our two bathrooms. The showroom was convenient because the majority of the products I wanted were on display, which was helpful. The first item to arrive was the drain for my Kohler tub. I was sent a used one with scratches. They didn't even bother to package it properly. We are still working on trying to return this item.The second item I opened was a Kohler tub with some marks and scratches. awesome stuff, but not cheap.
Great Shipping/Recieving Team. Every time super fast unload. Check-in entrance next to dock B. Overnight parking allowed, however space is kinda limited. You can also park on the side of Decatur Ave along their building. Just don't pass their passenger cars parking lot - no parking signs there. Hours are Mon - Fri 6am to 4pm. Cheers 🥂
