They charge for services not requested and the office MGR is very disrespectful
Took my dogs there today. When the appointment was set they were told the dogs only needed their shots and deworming medicine NOTHING else was to be done and that a vet tech did not need to speak with me. When I got there I specified they ONLY needed their shots and to get their medicine NOTHING else needed to be done. When they took my dogs out of the room they checked for heart worms and did a fecal matter exam as well as had a vet tech come in to the room and exam my dogs. Dr Dan and his staff are remarkable. All the numerous times I've been there with my mo min pin rescue fosters, I always feel that there just is no better medical team! So professional, courteous, and I almost feel like family there! Highly recommended.
Even if they weren't right around the corner from our house we would still go. :) Dr. Wentz and staff take care of us like family. It's the only place I trust with my furry and scaley babies. Thank you for always looking out for us.
