Went in for a PRV. I stood in line for 15 minutes then when i got to the counter with a photo of it, the guy behind the counter named Tim told me it was on aisle 10. When I got to that isle there were no PRVs that worked for me. If he had just looked at my photo I could have gotten the right part. I used to love coming to this store as the employees were always nice and helpful. Tim has never been nice nor helpful. Guys here can't even do their job. I'm at the counter making an order and they tell me to go pull my own order. I don't work here, nor do I know where anything is. It would be faster if they pulled the order. I've only been to this location a couple times but am never going back. This is the problem with workers today. They can't or don't want to do their jobs. This remides me of the kiosk at fast food places. I don't want to do someone else's job I already have a job. So maybe hire another employee if you are understaffed. ... read more
