Surprised they had the thermopile I needed for. State water heater. Opened box on the shelf. They were surprised too they had it. I thought it came up on the register as $19 and I was thrilled. It's on Amazon for $30. I was wrong. I got to the car and it was $191 !!! Needless to say I will wait two days for the part to come from Amazon. They didn't care, they "don't do the pricing.". Highest I could find online was Grainger for $84, but still need to order. 5 stars for inventory, 0 for price = 3 stars.
Was looking for specific part for 3 days,,,went to Ferguson's...man working knew exactly what I needed...took 3 small parts to make exactly part i needed...had it made and handed it to me within a minute of me walking in store....I spoke with him and a lady behind counter....very knowledgeable and sweet people.....would go back,in a second, if I ever need anything again from them
