We went to their website to find out the hours they were open. The website said they were open till 5:30. We got there at 4:05 and the showroom was closed. They should tell you showroom hours on their website.
Horrible experience with this company. Needed toilet for restoration of my home and asked for a toilet to be used by a disabled person. This had to have a 10 inch rough in. They sold me a toilet with a 10 in rough in but not raised for a disabled person. Person has fallen many times because of them. I order two toilets and had to return them, they charged me $100.00 each for restocking. Do not do business with this company!
Very Helpful – Cristina was super helpful and couldn't have been nicer. She was patient and was happy to give us several quotes. We got everything we needed for our bathroom redo. We plan on remodeling our kitchen next and we'll definitely be going back to Ferguson. On a not so nice note, stay away from Matthew at Robertson across the street. He couldn't be bothered with me. The worst!!! I hope he is replaced soon.
DO NOT BUY HERE . – It is over price and if you are not satisfied with your purchase you cannot returned as easy as would at other places. With a little research you might find same product way less money than at this store.
