Called Ferguson looking for a part for a soap dispenser I purchased (unfortunately not from them) Jessica was so helpful she connected me with the Moen representative and I was able to get the part fee under warranty. Next time I have plumbing needs I will be sure to use Ferguson. Thank you so much Jessica.

My boss had sent me to pick up a couple fittings and a gasket late in the day and I didn't realize the store closed at 4 p.m.. I walked in literally a minute before closing. I apologized that I wasn't aware that they were closing and said I could come back the next day but before the words were even out of my mouth the nice young man at the counter, Jason, said "no problem ma'am and I'd be glad to help". He cheerfully helped me find exactly what my boss requested and as I was paying I apologized again for keeping them a few ... read more
