Will never go there again. The large man is terribly rude.
FYI. If you buy a part here they will not allow you to return it. Bought a kitchen faucet cartridge that i installed for 5 minutes but it did not fix my problem. Thats considered “installed”. They had to order the part. Dont see why they couldnt send it back to place they got it from. Not great customer service.
Walked in said hello to the counter man, no response. Walked around store for 10 minutes while he continues an obviously personal phone call. I was the only customer in the store at the time and I really needed the parts I was looking for.I left though due to being completely ignored.I will not return or recommend although it seemed like a decent shop despite the overt negligence of the employee..
