Excellent staff with excellent knowledge of numerous products. Lorna took the time to review pros & cons of all dish washers and listened to our questions and concerns. Followed up to ensure complete satisfaction and expedited free delivery of special order Kohler sinks and custom faucets. Highly recommend.
Plumbing supply shop with great counter help. Water heater I ordered was delivered the next day. All the fergusons work together to get you want you need if your local store don't have it. Plumbing pipe supply, fittings, tools, name brands, and all materials you will need

Wow!!! Very patient oriented and caring. I had root canal on tooth 13 with infected jawbone had zero pain during procedure. Very reasonably priced and down to earth.
Although the employees all seem friendly, it has taken over two months to fix my dishwasher. The dishwasher was less than a year old and stopped working properly. Now they are telling me it will be an additional month before they can fix it, due to technicians making their own schedules; despite the fact that the technician who came to my house (5 times ) said they would rush the part and fix it ASAP no problem, since I've been waiting so long. I am from Colorado and was Visiting a friend in Lakewood who's toilet broke. I called Wright Plumbing and they were wonderful. The person on the phone gave me clear directions over the phone and helped me choose exactly the right part to fix the toilet. I wish they were in Colorado so I could use them anytime I have issues with my rental properties.
Very nice high end stuff. Completely idiotic sales and customer service. Had part # and ready to buy if price was right. Could not see salesperson without appointment. Left a msg w/ manager to advise strange loss of an easy sale and he was short, somewhat rude and disinterested. Advised I could go to parts counter for retail price but they would have to clear contractor price with salesperson (the one I couldn't see in the 1st place). Lots of hassle for an $800 faucet. As a home owner who needed a part in a bind you can not count on Ferguson plumbing. They refused to sell one small part over the phone to a new customer that was there that same day in the store. A part that was REALLY needed to get the home running with water.
They always have great customer service and huge inventory on hand...Purchased from them many times and never dissappointed!
