Needed a part for my boiler, they told me since I didn’t buy all my plumbing supplies from them they wouldn’t sell it to me. Asked for a manager and he confirmed they would not sell me the parts. Worst customer service and quite possibly business I’ve ever had to deal with. In my 20 years as a contractor this has never happened before.
Employees were rude and unhelpful. There's other places I can go where it's cheaper so try being nicer to your customers!
Over the 3 or so decades i've lived here i've tried multiple times to get something from this business and have had less than satisfactory results. along with never answering the phone nor returning messages and a 'we're cooler that you because we're plumbers' attitude from the employess at the counter i'd suggest going anywhere else for your plumbing needs.
