Great selection, reasonable to high prices...but I was very disappointed with the service. My sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful in selecting my items. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service after the order was delivered. Two toilets were delivered damaged (smashed) and it took almost one month for Ferguson to replace the two items.
