Love ferguson, the only place I go to. They are hands down the most helpful have the most products and everything I need.
Josh in the Western Blvd. Warehouse was exceptionally helpful in finding replacement faucets for us. He went the extra mile in one case sitting on hold for over an hour to ask a question.
These guys are awesome. Specifically the manager Nick Bradley. The level of customer service we receive is amazing. As a small business owner I truly appreciate it and it helps us in our day to day operations. Time and time again they deliver. We would recommend to anyone.
These guys were great! Had a few questions about my DIY job. Got solid advice and purchased proper extractor along with new parts. Broken shower pipe threads removed. New pipe installed. Thanks Ferguson team. Highly recommend.
I called asking for a very niche part for my garbage disposal that I couldn’t find anywhere online and the woman who answered was unbelievably helpful and she even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf (they didn’t answer my phone call!) and arranged one shipped to my house. I didn’t end up needing to purchase anything from Ferguson but for future plumbing needs I will always come here now!
