If you're lucky to call Taylor Tomanka your lawyer, you'll benefit from her patience and kindness. But don't mistake that for passiveness. She is a wealth of knowledge who is always on top of it. When the opposition's lawyer was uncooperative, she pushed on to make sure we get things on our term. She's always punctual and took my concerns and many (many!) questions seriously.
