Although it took a little while to get an appointment -- they were a bit short staffed, plus I know they do a lot of commercial work -- we were positively impressed with the service and service men's knowledge of our particular concerns.

I had called to reschedule an appointment, the lady that had taken the call was very rude and unprofessional. I was utterly shocked of the treatment and attitude of the personnel! To say the least, I cancelled the appointment and decided to go through Superior Plumbing instead where I received wonderful service at much cheaper rates.

We purchased a heat pump and ac unit less than two years ago (2010). They were very unprofessional! Had a man outside yelling, cursing throwing things. While I was at work and my wife and babies were home alone with what I expected to be professionals. The unit was priced and sold as brand new but came damaged, they would not deduct for that.
