My poor Mom received a totally horrible medical pedicure from Dr. Fred Kussel who cut her toenails so short that she is in bad pain. I asked her if she mentioned it was hurting to the doctor and she did! He did not cut her, but he should not have cut the nails to the quick on a 90 year old person. I had a bad experience myself about 20 years ago with this doctor so if I knew he was visiting at Regence Oaks, I would have said not to go! Horrible!!!! I would not even give 1 star but had to in order to post this!
Dr. Kussel is Awesome! All staff members and other doctors are very professional, very nice, caring and compassionate. Thank you so much!
Today, first time patient, very friendly receptionist and professional doctors. Second appointment is scheduled.
My daughter had a bad ingrown toenail, and Dr Marsh was FANTASTIC! My daughter loved her and felt so comfortable with her. She spoke directly to my daughter and explained everything she was doing. The nurse, and front desk staff are absolutely AMAZING as well. Took time to figure out our health insurance, talked to us and explained everything. I would 💯 recommend this office for anyone who needs a Podiatrist . Love this office.
