We recently had our roof replaced by Ferdi Roofing and Siding. We went with a metal standing seam roof and new gutters, with updated venting. JD was very communicative and his team did a great job. He was detail-oriented, thorough, and responded promptly to any concerns we had throughout the process. His estimate was accurate and pricing competitive with all of the other companies. His group also fixed a leaky porch. His team cleaned up after themselves daily and were respectful of our yard space.
JD is excellent! Our project was super complicated (skylights, many different facades/slopes, ventilation challenges) but he and his crew handled it with ease. He was very collaborative and extremely patient throughout the process. And his pricing was very fair. If you’re thinking about working with Ferdi in your roof, you’ve found your guy!
Ferdi Construction & Exteriors recently replaced our roof and gutters and did an excellent job. I have a new roof and gutter replaced. The roofers did a good and professional job. Fast and solid.
Quality work and very fair prices. My wife and I went with Ferdi because our neighbor had his roof replaced by Ferdi a few years back. Roof quality looked good. Hopefully our neighbors will be impressed too and choose to go with Ferdi as well. Not only did our roof get replaced, but we got free gutter replacement as well.
