Expensive, rude, and extremely unprofessional. Spencer Prosen showed up to court without having submitted the evidence that was provided to him months prior, effectively tanking my defense. After I paid $9000, he dropped my case. Don't get scammed like I did. Save yourself the trouble and find someone that will have your best interest in mind.
The review posted a few hours ago appears to be written by someone unhappy with the outcome of their case rather than the quality of representation. That happens in litigation. My experience with Mr. Prosen was the opposite—he was direct, knowledgeable, and transparent from the start. I do not find this review credible.

Paul went above and beyond to get the results I was wanting. He kept me informed of every step that him and Raquel were doing. Raquel was great and wonderful when paul wasn't available and was very knowledgeable about what was going on at all times. Very comfortable calling them at any time.
