Called because I slipped and fell and she lied and said they don't handle the cases and, I called back saying its on your website and she I called her out that shes a liar and she hung up on me! Shame shame shame on you!
Expensive, rude, and extremely unprofessional. Spencer Prosen showed up to court without having submitted the evidence that was provided to him months prior, effectively tanking my defense. After I paid $9000, he dropped my case. Don't get scammed like I did. Save yourself the trouble and find someone that will have your best interest in mind.
The review posted a few hours ago appears to be written by someone unhappy with the outcome of their case rather than the quality of representation. That happens in litigation. My experience with Mr. Prosen was the opposite—he was direct, knowledgeable, and transparent from the start. I do not find this review credible.
