Very easy scheduling and they were flexible with my schedule. I dropped off my cat in the morning in her carrier and they provided me with a pick up time. If you are looking for a more affordable spay/ have financial hardship then I would say go here for the services they also have the option for other add ons such as vaccines, deworming/ flea treatments. Recently had to use their services with a small herd of feral cats in our neighborhood. We are new at this and didn't even know an organization like this existed until a friend recommended them. Let me just say that the lady on the phone, Hanna was so helpful and informative and we are so appreciative! She took her time to explain trapping, the deposits, and how we are supposed to schedule.
