I saw Dr. Feola via Telehealth appointments for about half a year. This rating doesn’t really reflect my opinion on the doctor himself, as he was fine, but rather the office and system of getting in touch with him. It was very difficult to get a hold of the right person in the office to make an appointment. My main concern was the doctor wrote my prescriptions only for 2 months at a time, meaning I would need to schedule another $70, 20-minute Zoom call just to get my meds refilled.
