Randolph is the best!
Came here for a resort pass trip. The pool was amazing, the food was okay, and the service was awesome! I would return!
Beautiful hotel and beautiful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. With its proximity to the beach you would have thought it would be dirty or dingy but it was cleaned daily and the inevitable sandy bed linens were changed daily as well. Madelyn and Melissa at the front desk were above and beyond gracious to us. Only wish we could have stayed longer and that there was more staff at the rooftop bar but will be back!
Such a great location! Literally one block from the beach. We were given an “upgrade” to our room as diamond members, but I’m not sure that it felt like an upgrade. We booked a king suite and were upgraded to a queen suite on the first floor?!? How is a smaller bed an upgrade? The design concept in the room was wonderful, however the details of implementation were lacking. So many little things were crooked in the room it was like a game to find the next.
