This place has potential, but it’s overpriced and far from “luxury living.” Management allows in-unit smoking, which makes the entire building and even your belongings reek, yet it’s not clearly disclosed or advertised upfront. If that’s something they permit, they should be transparent and market themselves as a smoke-friendly complex and not “modern luxury living”. Loved the apartment tour, really liked all the amenities & the 1-bedrooms are very spacious. The Elm is my favorite unit. Tempest was very helpful with giving information.

We used to live there 3 years. When we decided to move out they returned our deposit and said you don’t own any money so it’s good to go. After a while when I tried to open new credit card, bank told me that you have a collection then I figured out it was fenwick!! They did not even call us and letting us we own them $256!! . I paid my rents 3 years and my payment was over $1600 a month. Why would i mess up my credit score for $256 ?? We called them they said they gonna take care of it and they never did!!!
