This place is great! The leasing and maintenance staff are truly top tier — always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of quickly. It’s clear they really care about the residents, which makes living here such a positive experience.
Don't let your AC go out in the middle of summer they'll wait 14 days before they have to fix it, they won't even give me a portable air conditioning unit
Wow! I am so impressed with Fenwick Place apartments. First of all, I absolutely love my new home and the area. Rosie, the staff and the maintenance team make sure all of my needs are taken care of. Anytime I need something, they are on it! If you are looking for a place to live, I would definitely recommend Fenwick Place apartments. You will love it here!
It was a very bad apartment. We lived there for three years. When we wanted to move out, they charged us $3,000. On top of that, they didn’t return our deposit, and they charged an extra $300 for a few small stains in the bathroom and for using the refrigerator and stove — even though we had never used the dishwasher.
