This apartment complex is pretty nice the women in the office are good but what really helps this place is the maintenance man Tim Marshall he is really really good and does things with care and does it right he is awesome
Update as of 2025: Graham Nickleson is no longer working at this establishment and I am pleased to update my review to 5 stars. The staff here is fantastic, responsive, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a place to call home, the Fenwick is a wonderful complex with a great staff. Tim does an excellent job leading the maintenance team, and those on his team are very knowledgeable and resourceful. The front office team is sweat and kind and efficient to work with. Great place to live staff and maintenance team is great also
I've lived there 2 different times. Total of 5yrs & I highly recommend! It's a beautiful complex. Pool. Private Dog park, nice Gym right off the office. Excellent landscaping. They take very good care of thy outside. They are on top of anything you need that not working, broke in your Apt. I felt very safe also. Walked my dog threw complex even at nite. Nice sidewalks to walk your dog or get exercise! It's the Best I lived in on Hurstbourne. A+++
As a new resident at Fenwick Place Apartments, I am absolutely thrilled with my experience so far! The management team is incredibly kind and attentive—they genuinely care about their residents. I’ve had a couple of maintenance requests, and every issue was resolved within two hours, which is amazing!
