I had an appointment, and showed up on time. I waited for her for 20 minutes, called twice and she never responded. Extremely unprofessional. This is a picture of your suite, is it not? I even walked around the whole building just to be sure and then I saw through the glass door, your business sign. So it was definitely the right place.
