Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, pulled to the window and was ignored by 2 employees. Who clearly saw me sitting there, so I left. Not happy.

Niki, I'm sorry that know one responded to you at the window. We communicate in the drive-thru with our headsets. If you moved to the window without someone speaking to you at the menu board it is difficult to know if someone has waited on you. Also, the first voice on the menu board is a recorded message. Again, I apologize for us missing you at the window. Please stop by again.
