Bought an Engagement ring here a few months ago and it turned out absolutely perfect. The guys who work there are extremely helpful when answering your questions about the cuts options. Other jewelry stores in Greensboro treated me like I couldn’t afford anything they had before I even told them my budget, while the people here were very welcoming personable. They also resized the ring and did a fantastic job. If you are looking for an engagement ring this should be your first stop!

I will never do business with another jeweler after my experience with Fentress. I have an engagement ring that's over a decade old that has had nothing but issues with diamonds falling out at random. I've had it "fixed" previously, but no one has taken the time to address the actual issues with the poor craftsmanship.
