Customer Service is horrible. I tried to order food to go by calling in. I was hung up on twice. The 3rd time a Spanish Male answered the phone. He could not understand what I was ordering (crab sandwich with cheese). This jerk hung up on me. I arrived at the restaurant to find that my order was not placed for thus $17.00 sandwich to get a bunch of incompetent employees trying to make excuses. They will never get another dime from me. We had the famous crab sandwich and minestrone soup. No ice cream. But it looked amazing and the next trip will be all about ice cream.

We have been going to Fenton's since the early 80's loved the overflowing ice cream sundae's and all the ice cream creations. My husband always ordered the crab sandwich. We have lived in Livermore for over 20 years now and yesterday I mentioned how nice it would be if our favorite ice cream shop in town also had food, so my husband said, let's go to Fenton's! I hadn't been there in 46yrs with my oldest daughter it was her 2nd birthday and this time it was her 48th !
I was visiting from Utah, and we decided to go to this Local Favorite!!! Place was busy from the time we got there until we left. Can't go wrong if the Locals love it❤️ They have Incredible Ice Cream! The Kind when you Order Strawberry Cheesecake and it tastes like Real Strawberries and NOT flavoring. I had the Turkey Bacon Melt and Caesar Salad for Dinner! Excellent Food for an Ice Cream joint. Will def go back next time I am in the Bay Area. Great Environment, Quick Service, and Friendly Staff. I loved this place...
