I love living here! Alcyone, the on-site manager is fantastic and great to work with. The area is quite, and the apartments are beautiful, maintenance and landscaping teams keep the building and grounds in wonderful shape. Just a short walk to downtown Burien, close to restaurants and shopping. You'd like it here!
I absolutely love living here! It's very clean and quiet, management and maintenance is very kind and attentive, my apartment is beautiful and all the neighbors are very friendly.
My son and I have lived here for about 3 years now and we have had no complaints at all. The landlady Alcyone is the nicest person! And the apartments are clean and everyone is very respectful of other tenants. I really like the parking situation also, everyone has their spot and it's off street which is very appreciated. And the maintenance staff is top notch also, landscaping and keeping the outside area clean. I would highly recommend it as a place to live.
I just went to this place today to ask for an apartment, the manager there mistreated me and my family because of our race and language, she told us that because the person who is applying for the apartment does not speak English that would be a problem, even though we told her that is many apps we can use to translate! And the manager just kept saying that the language would be a problem for both! She is a rude and very disrespectful person!
