RAT"S – I bought a used car for my wife on 3/24/12. On tuesday took the car to Honda To find out that thecar needed 4000.00 dollarsworth of work done and the car cost me 3000.00 and is only worth 4500.00. Can't be trusted... – These guys confirmed every negative car salesman stereotype I've ever seen or heard. Triple-check everything before you sign. They blatantly lied about what was going in the contract. Naively chalking it up to a misunderstanding, I called to discuss it. Avoid these liars - poor customer service – Wow, these guys are horrible. (Just a snapshot of a detail item; imagine where you will be with the big items.) Will lie to your face. Take your hard-earned money to Edmond, or any place other than Fenton. Paid cash for a 2010 Maxima, and they backed out of giving me the pen I asked for in the "we owe list". What a bunch of cheap losers; and over such a petty thing. Avery, you suck...
