I lived here for a year and fenton did their best to make sure it was miserable. when i moved into my unit it was filthy and i’m not exaggerating when i say every single appliance was broken. there were leaks in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, the fridge and the stove needed to be replaced, the shower did not drain, and the toilet leaked so badly i could not use it. it took them over 3 weeks to fix the majority of these things, and for those three weeks i could not shower, use the restroom, or eat in my own home. i had ... read more

We have rented office space from Fenton for over 8 years - we find them to be fair and easy to work with. It's easy to reach them and get things resolved fairly quickly.
