We have been renting a casita for about 5 months now. There have been some small hiccups along the way that were out of anyone’s control, however Fenton Co. has always been very accommodating and quickly made improvements. I read these reviews and got worked up right before sending in an unnecessarily rude maintenance request expecting that they wouldn’t take me seriously and have urgency. I lived here for a year and fenton did their best to make sure it was miserable. when i moved into my unit it was filthy and i’m not exaggerating when i say every single appliance was broken. there were leaks in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, the fridge and the stove needed to be replaced, the shower did not drain, and the toilet leaked so badly i could not use it. it took them over 3 weeks to fix the majority of these things, and for those three weeks i could not shower, use the restroom, or eat in my own home. i had ... read more
