Not very timely in their maintenance. Also took an exorbitant amount of money for damages and cleaning even though the house was in good condition. When talking with them on the phone they would speak condescendingly. It seems as though my original review was removed on accident! :( Luckily I have time (tl;dr: the place was a wreck when I moved in, had to contact repeatedly and threaten legal action before anything was fixed. Tried to bully me into moving out early, and then tried to sue me when I left an honest review) I lived in a Fenton property for a year and it was completely terrible. Fenton Investment Company is a modern, conscientious landlord that achieves the success of a landlord that provides a comfortable, affordable place to live without interfering with life. Rent is easy with an app; maintenance is also easy, through the app, and conducted by pleasant professionals; and the people in the office, if needed, are friendly.
