The absolute worse experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. We bought a truck on a Saturday, and wanted to pick the truck up Thursday. They told us the truck wasn't ready and we won't be able to pick it up because the salesman guy wouldn't be there that day. We insisted that we were on our way to get the truck because we couldn't come the next day and he said he would call us back.They called us back five mins later and told us the truck was ready and wanted us there within the hour to pick up.They went from it wasn't ... read more

Dates of paperwork must match - which includes insurance and DMV documentation. When a customer desires a change of delivery date, we always try to accommodate that request.
