FFAC is second to none in the tri-county area for fitness and nutrition. I'm a mom of 4 under 5 with a serious back problem. The experts at FFAC in combination with Fenton Physical Therapy have kept me on track with reduced back pain, and a fitness/nutrition program that keeps me looking fit. I have worked here for over a year now and the staff and members here are amazing! The gym is clean and has equipment for everyone and of course the turf is the only one around the area! This is also the only place around the area that has a barbell club! Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and friendly! I have learned so much over this past year and am sad to be leaving, but it is a great opportunity to meet some amazing people and constantly learn new things! I will be back every time I am in town.
I have been a member for 2 years. I love coming to workout here. I started out utilizing the program design option. I enjoyed getting a monthly workout desgned for my specific goals. I've since joined their barbell club and am having a blast lifting with a great group of people. I have been training at Fenton Fitness for 2+ years. I have had the privilege of working with many of the trainers, either by personal training or classes, and I can honestly say that they are all knowledgeable, always challenging, and extremely kind. My husband and I have been going to Fenton Fitness for 3 years now. We love the classes. The classes are always challenging and changing every 2 weeks so you don't get bored. The staff and members are great. It feels like an extended family at Fenton Fitness.
