Multiple fixes, multiple opinions, many kind folks, some unkind but no solution to a continuing vibration. I have spent so much of my own time and some of my own money to correct a vibration that has been brushed off at times and at times acknowledged. This back and forth is absolutely bananas.
I purchased a car from the Fenton Family Toyota dealership yesterday and had a wonderful experience! Jaime was such a huge help; kind, understanding, and reliable. He made the process so enjoyable and was extremely personable throughout. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their next car!!
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Fenton Toyota, particularly with the service department’s failure to identify a serious tire issue and their mishandling of the warranty process. I had new tires installed around 22,000 miles and brought my Toyota Celsior in for multiple recommended services. At no point did anyone at Fenton Toyota mention abnormal tire wear or the need for an alignment. My family went and purchased a new car, the team of Dave(our sales dealer) and Zack(the finance guy) were so friendly and helpful. We were able to drive away with our new vehicle after a fast 48 hours! We’re in love with our new car and so happy that we chose Fenton family dealership ( Hyundai) to purchase our new vehicle.
