Have been here since Dec and love it here. Only thing I'd change is the old washer and dryer it takes 2times using dryer to dry clothes and they are coin laundry only. Maybe little more playset for the kiddos. Was not told id be paying water and got a random bill. I have lived in 3 other apartment in fenton and never 1time paid water. But we love watching the deer from our balcony very quiet everyone is very friendly. Love the layout
Wir haben eine tolle Erfahrung mit Fenton Estates gemacht! Die Apartments sind sauber, gut gepflegt und die Umgebung ist angenehm und ruhig. Besonders möchten wir Kyanne erwähnen, die unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Sie hat sich die Zeit genommen, all unsere Fragen zu beantworten und uns den Einzug so einfach wie möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service – wir können Fenton Estates nur weiterempfehlen!
Great size apartments! The manager kyanne is so helpful and will answer all your questions and help you with whatever you need. Great place to live very clean environment.
After living here for 3 years, my advice is to avoid at all cost! MRD properties is the worst management company I've ever dealt with. They are a typical bait and switch company. The so called amenities are pretty much non existent. Bike racks and basketball hoop are not amenities. A bird feeding garden that nobody is allowed to use or touch except for the cleaning lady, is also not an amenity.
