Plow drivers are clearly not trained on how to efficiently and effectively clear snow. Leaving snow in parking spaces, driving on the lawn, not even plowing certain areas, and pushing snow back on clean and clear sidewalks, that then have to be re shoveled by me. Not very pleased on Christmas Eve.
I’m very impressed with the Fenstra team. They were on time, courteous and went above and beyond without me asking. They know customer service. Great job! I highly recommend them.
